Loyalty Lion is a leader for brands looking for a Shopify-native loyalty platforms and the core of our retention strategy. Great integration with Klaviyo, good customer support (although 24-hr support is something I believe the brand needs to invest in - especially for those on enterprise plans), and plenty of new features in the pipeline. Account managers are easy to get hold of and eager for brands to feedback their gripes and suggestions.
