What it does

100Hires provides applicant tracking, interview scheduling and reusable Evaluation Forms for candidate assessments. Hiring teams can collect ratings and written answers within each applicant's record. A card-free 14-day trial precedes paid plans whose annual starting rates depend on company size.

To create an Evaluation Form, open Settings, Evaluation forms, then Add form. Choose rating or written questions, mark required answers and assign the form to a job stage. Interviewers complete it on the candidate page. Blind Evaluations conceals colleagues' scores until submission, though administrators retain full visibility. Forms must be completed by the interviewer; transcripts cannot automatically fill them.

The published annual-billing starting rates are:

Plan USD per month, billed annually Main allowance
Start 49 Three jobs, 100 candidates and one user
Advanced 199 Unlimited jobs, candidates and users
Pro 399 Adds contact finding, email warm-up, multichannel outreach and custom careers-site tools

Prices vary with company size, and Enterprise is quoted separately. The 14-day trial accepts no more than ten applicants from external job boards. After the trial, access requires payment; inactive trial data is deleted after three months.

Strengths

  • Required questions help keep candidate assessments complete
  • Advanced includes unlimited jobs, candidates and users

Watch out for

  • Start limits the account to one user and 100 candidates
  • Interview transcripts do not automatically fill the scorecard
  • The trial accepts only ten external job-board applicants

Best for

  • Hiring teams that want reusable interview questions and independent panel ratings
