What it does
123apps combines audio and video editing with converters for media, documents, fonts, ebooks, and archives. It also includes PDF utilities and recording tools.
For a clip that needs both trimming and a new format, the editing and conversion tools provide related steps within one portal. An audio-only job can instead use the audio converter or joiner. The site offers free access and a shared Premium subscription with larger allowances.
The pricing page offers free access and one subscription across the apps, with ad removal and additional processing privileges. Its readable table currently shows the same 10 GB maximum and unlimited daily files for both tiers, while surrounding copy still refers to limits. Because those statements do not line up, use the active tool's displayed allowance before committing a large job; the table alone does not establish the free tier's practical limits.
The linked Video Converter describes server-side conversion and a 4 GB upload limit, which differs from the portal table. It says basic conversion needs no sign-in and files are deleted a few hours after work finishes. Keep that statement scoped to the video tool; it does not establish how every 123apps utility processes or stores files.
