17hats combines client contacts, scheduling, contracts, invoices, questionnaires and workflows for small service businesses. Workflow templates can create tasks and send documents or email. It has one main paid plan with monthly, yearly or two-year payment and a seven-day trial.
A 17hats workflow can add to-do items to the calendar and task list while sending the related email or document. Several workflows can run on a project at once, such as booking preparation alongside delivery tasks. This keeps a client engagement from depending on one long checklist.
