What it does
1CRM connects customer records, sales opportunities, quotes, orders, projects and service work. Its dashboards and scheduled reports summarize pipeline activity, with hosted and on-premise deployment options.
Choose who will maintain the installation before selecting 1CRM access. Free on-premise Startup runs on your own server and permits up to three users, 300 accounts and 750 combined targets, leads and contacts. Hosted Startup is a paid service; the cloud trial lasts thirty days.
For a weekly sales review, inspect opportunities by stage, expected close date, owner or source, then open the customer history behind a changing deal. This preserves the context behind the pipeline total.
Send recurring reports
Schedule the review report and select its staff distribution list. Each recipient can receive CSV, HTML, PDF or a link back into 1CRM. A link lets colleagues return to the application when they need the underlying records.
Paid editions have monthly or annual subscription choices, and separately purchased perpetual licences are available for on-premise use. Use the cloud trial to evaluate Enterprise features without a card; operating the CRM itself requires a user login.
