What it does
21bitcoin offers single and scheduled Bitcoin purchases, incoming Bitcoin transfers and automatic withdrawals to your own wallet. The app separates how often you buy from the balance that triggers an onward transfer. Bitcoin can remain in provider custody until you choose to withdraw it.
Set the purchase schedule
Fund the euro balance by SEPA or SEPA Instant, then choose a purchase amount and an hourly, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly interval. The savings-plan page allows €10 to €10,000 per purchase. You can change, pause or cancel the plan.
An unfunded purchase is skipped and 21bitcoin sends a notification. Successful purchases appear in the activity overview. Keeping the euro balance funded is therefore separate from creating the schedule.
Set the withdrawal threshold
On the home screen, find Auto Wallet Transfer and tap Set limit. Choose the balance threshold, tap Add wallet, select or add the destination and confirm.
The trigger includes the withdrawal charge. For example, a threshold of 2,100,000 satoshis needs a balance of 2,101,000 satoshis before the transfer runs. A satoshi is one hundred millionth of a Bitcoin.
This lets you accumulate several purchases before sending them together. To stop automatic sending, open that home-screen card, choose Deactivate and confirm. Changing the purchase plan and deactivating the wallet transfer are separate actions.
Account and transaction costs
Account maintenance, euro deposits and Bitcoin deposits are free. Ordinary instant purchases cost 1.49%, or 1.29% with a referral code; limit orders and instant sales carry a 1.49% service fee. Euro withdrawals cost €1 and Bitcoin withdrawals cost 1,000 satoshis.
An active savings plan has no service fee from day eight. Its first seven days remain chargeable, so check the rate shown before starting. Sending the resulting Bitcoin to an external wallet still has the withdrawal charge.
Getting access
You need the Android or iOS app, phone verification, personal details and identity checks. A current passport or national identity card is the standard identification route; driving licences are generally not accepted.
The terms require legal capacity and a minimum age of 18, or a higher local minimum where applicable. They exclude US residents and citizens, along with people covered by the stated sanctioned-country restrictions. Purchases use a bank account in your own name. The service concentrates on Bitcoin rather than a wider token catalogue.
