What it does

247HRM combines employee information, attendance, leave and payroll for Indian businesses. Loan schemes connect applications and approvals with later salary deductions. Employees can inspect their remaining loan balance in self-service.

Set a loan scheme's ceiling, term, interest and eligibility before employees apply. They choose a scheme, inspect eligibility and the installment calculation, then submit through the configured approval chain. Routing can depend on amount or scheme. Approved installments become recurring payroll deductions, updating outstanding principal each cycle. External-creditor payments can follow the same cycle with separate creditor reporting.
