What it does

2C2P by Antom provides card, wallet, bank and over-the-counter payment acceptance, alongside payment links and business payouts. Its regional offering serves merchants across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam. Businesses apply for merchant approval and receive a pricing proposal rather than a free processing plan.

A customer who cannot finish an online card checkout may still pay through a local counter or another regional method. The payment-method directory can be filtered by currency and channel, helping a merchant choose the options its customers actually use. Payment links provide a separate way to collect through social or messaging platforms, while the gateway supports an integrated website checkout.

For a custom integration, the programming interface (API) accepts a registered merchant identifier, unique order number, description, amount and currency. The developer can restrict payment channels, set an expiry and identify repeated requests so retries can be recognized. Returned payment data includes the order reference, amount, currency and transaction reference for matching against sales records. Shopify merchants provide their Shop ID during onboarding so 2C2P can configure that connection.

Outgoing payments have their own workflow. A business can submit a payout file through the merchant portal or a secure file-transfer connection, or integrate the payout API. Supported destinations include bank accounts, wallets and cash pickup. Processing notifications and reconciliation reports help the business follow what happened to each payout; confirm the destination and delivery terms for the route you need.

Merchant setup and contract terms

Start with a regional sales enquiry. The Singapore application asks for business registration, domain and platform information, business contacts and the bank account, and live collection requires approval. Fees and remittance timing are set in the proposal and agreement.

The June 2026 Singapore agreement includes an inactivity charge of SGD50 per month, excluding GST, from the seventh consecutive month without activity. It also requires sales and delivery records to be kept for at least 18 months and allows disputed amounts to be recovered from merchant funds. These are Singapore terms; obtain the local contract for another market.

Strengths

  • Includes local counter payments alongside cards, wallets and banking
  • Offers payment links as well as a configurable checkout API
  • Supports payout files, processing notifications and reconciliation reports

Watch out for

  • The Singapore agreement charges inactive merchant accounts after six months
  • Merchants retain responsibility for transaction records and disputed amounts
