7-PDF offers PDF-to-Word conversion, split-and-merge tools, a PDF printer, and attachment utilities. Its product line includes both free and paid tools.
For assembly, choose Split & Merge, add PDFs, set ranges or rotation and choose the output folder and filename prefix before running. Encrypted files require the correct password. Its free private-use edition handles up to five PDFs and splits only the first 50 pages; commercial use needs Pro after the trial. Other family tools have different terms: Printer provides a local COM interface, while invoice-service API tokens require a separate request and review.
