What it does
Abacre Advanced Find and Replace searches multiple documents with query operators and performs simple or multiline replacements in batches.
Advanced Find and Replace can combine required and excluded terms to narrow a search before a plain, multiline or batch replacement. Its command-line guide also describes reusable configurations with path and file-mask overrides. A results file can use tab, comma, space, XML or HTML output; without that option no results file is saved, and a specified destination directory must already exist. The Windows product offers a full-feature 21-day trial without a payment card. Home and Office licences cover one computer with one year of updates; the Site licence has a different office-wide scope.
