A hiring delay or revised supplier contract changes more than one spreadsheet cell. Abacum's driver-based models connect such assumptions to the financial plan, while linked scenarios keep the baseline visible for comparison. Finance can change allocations and model logic and bring budget owners into the same planning process.

Describe a budget change, then review the values

AI Data Entry works inside an Input Table, the shared table where a department owner enters budget figures.

1. Open the table and hover over it to find Abacum Intelligence.
2. Describe the change in plain language, such as increasing an existing software-renewal amount by 5%.
3. Review the proposed values in the table.
4. Apply the proposal only after checking it. The original request stays in the change history.

The agent uses the table's prior inputs, actual results and historical patterns. It does not write the proposed values until the user approves. Creating new lines and entering data for Versioned Dimensions are still listed as coming next, so the example above changes an existing item.

Buying and access

Request a personalized demo with a work email, then agree the software and any professional services in the order form. Users access the workspace through customer accounts.

Abacum does not publish a standard price table on the reviewed product pages. Its agreement allows monthly, quarterly or annual advance billing as specified in the order, with professional services and training priced there too. The standard agreement describes a one-year term with automatic annual renewal unless notice is given at least 30 days before expiry.

Abacum also cautions that generated outputs can be inaccurate. The review step matters when a budget change affects a forecast or another department's plan.
