What it does
Academic Earth organizes links to free university courses and lectures by subject and institution, alongside its own short video electives.
Academic Earth works as a starting map when you have a subject in mind but no particular university. Browse by subject or institution, then inspect the destination course for its actual teaching material and access conditions. Its short video electives offer another entry point. The catalogue is a discovery service, so it should not be mistaken for the university delivering a linked course.
The public directory is free to browse. Credit, enrolment and credential terms belong to the destination provider.
