What it does
AcademicTransfer focuses on research employment in the Netherlands, with vacancies, employer discovery and career-planning tools. It offers CV and research-text matching, a career navigator and preparation resources for academic jobseekers.
A researcher can search with more than a job title. AcademicTransfer’s Research Match uses a proposal, statement or abstract to help find related opportunities, while CV Match starts from a career document. Choose the input that best represents the work you want to pursue.
If the direction is still unclear, the career navigator introduces several paths for researchers in the Netherlands. Preparation material includes e-learning, a career guide and practical information for international academics considering the country. Create a profile when you want more tailored filtering or employer visibility. Keep the matching result as a shortlist and read the institution’s actual vacancy, since similarity of research interests is only one part of an appointment.
