What it does
Aced, formerly Exponent, combines role-specific interview courses, question banks and peer mock interviews. Its current Basic membership includes sample material and limited peer sessions, while paid memberships expand courses, practice and AI features.
Choose the interview discipline first. Product management, software engineering, system design, data science and engineering management have different preparation paths, with company guides and interview experiences providing additional context. The question bank can then support practice on a specific weakness.
Basic currently includes five peer mocks per month. Paid Pro adds unlimited peer sessions and broader course or solution access, while Expert adds an AI coaching suite. Human coaching is a separate option to compare with peer practice. The former Pramp site directs new sessions to Aced Practice, so use the current service for scheduling rather than relying on an old Pramp workflow. Prepare an example or problem to revisit after feedback, keeping the practice focused on the next interview skill.
