What it does

Acrylic Wi-Fi offers wireless analysis, site surveys, heatmaps and packet-capture tools for evaluating Wi-Fi installations.

Choose the Acrylic component for the job: Heatmaps for planning and site surveys, Analyzer for current signal and network quality, or Sniffer for packet inspection. Analyzer offers channel and signal views, report output in HTML, CSV or TXT, and captured-data exchange through PCAP. Those are edition-dependent capabilities, so check the comparison before choosing a license. Analyzer has Free, Basic and Advanced editions; its requirements specify Windows 10/11 and .NET Framework 4.7.2. Monitor mode requires Advanced and a compatible Wi-Fi adapter, with band and channel-width support varying by hardware. A planned coverage map and an on-site radio observation answer different questions.
