What it does

Act! combines customer history, sales opportunities, quotes and email marketing for small businesses. Act! Advantage is the cloud offering, with Outlook and Google connections and a mobile app. Plans are billed annually per user, following an optional 14-day trial without a credit card.

Start with customer history

Cloud setup connects the email, contacts and calendar services you select. Outlook or Google sync supplies the relationship history alongside daily activities. Opportunities then track individual sales, while quotes and marketing tools use the same customer context.
