What it does
Adapt.io helps sales teams find business contacts, build prospect lists and add missing company or contact data. Searches cover company characteristics and job roles, while paid tiers add export and phone access. A continuing Free plan is separate from the seven-day paid-feature trial.
Define the target company and role before building an Adapt list. Search supports industry, employee count, revenue, location, job title and department. Specialized sector categories can narrow a technology market before contacts are selected.
What each plan permits
| Plan | Main access boundary |
|---|---|
| Free | Filters and contact lists, with 25 email credits and 25 enrichment credits |
| Starter | Adds CSV file export, saved searches and company-domain lists |
| Basic | Adds phone numbers, export to customer relationship management (CRM) software and per-company contact limits |
| Custom | Adds suppression lists, job-change alerts, credit-allocation rules and developer access |
A per-company limit helps spread a campaign across accounts instead of filling it with contacts from one large company. Custom suppression lists can exclude records already held in the CRM.
Sign up for the Free plan or take the separate seven-day trial, which needs no card. Paid pricing is based on contact credits rather than seat count and renews on the selected monthly or annual term. Cancellation leaves access in place through the paid period.
