What it does
AdGuard Mail offers aliases that forward to a personal inbox and temporary mailboxes for short-lived correspondence. Its paid version adds features such as replies through aliases and higher limits.
Choose between the two workflows deliberately. An alias forwards mail to a recipient address you control and supports attachments; the temporary inbox receives mail in AdGuard Mail and does not accept attachments. Those differences matter for anything beyond a one-off confirmation.
Alias replies are available in the paid version. AdGuard’s FAQ also points out a practical leak: a personal address in an automatic signature can reveal it even when the reply uses an alias. Inspect signatures before sending. Choose the controlled-inbox or forwarding workflow according to how long the address should remain in use.
Deleting a temporary message, changing the temporary address or removing the inbox can permanently remove its contents. Keep any information you need before making that change; it is not a recoverable archive.
