What it does
ADP Workforce Now connects payroll, employee records and onboarding. New hires can use a welcome portal for documents and company information, while HR follows assigned manager tasks and due dates. Select, Plus and Premium packages add progressively broader benefits and workforce tools, with pricing supplied by ADP.
ADP Workforce Now's onboarding portal brings welcome content, employee information and paperwork into the new hire's preparation. HR can tailor templates to employee profiles and assign checklist tasks to managers. The Onboarding Administrative Dashboard shows those tasks and their due dates; the portal can also introduce a buddy and future teammates.

ADP provides a quote for the selected package and additional products. Payroll tools include a preview before submission, error alerts and adjustments for earlier pay periods.
Employees activate access using a registration code from their employer or ADP. Register Here starts the identity checks and creation of the user ID and password. Existing customers whose order already includes onboarding do not need to buy the separate marketplace onboarding offering.
