What it does

AgencyAnalytics combines marketing integrations, cross-channel reports, client portals and performance monitoring. Each client represents a business relationship with its own data and reports. Subscriptions are priced per client, with a 14-day trial that needs no credit card.

A client in AgencyAnalytics represents one business relationship, with its connected accounts, reports and access kept together. The core subscription starts at USD 20 per client per month, billed annually. It includes unlimited reports, dashboards, staff and data sources within each client.

Branded portals let clients view their own reporting. Goals, custom metrics and cross-channel dashboards provide the working views, while report approvals and version history support review before scheduled delivery. The platform also includes an API for connecting reporting to other systems.

Unlimited sources does not override every integration's rules: some services restrict how many accounts can connect within a client. Native Rank Tracker and AI Tracker are optional purchases, separate from importing metrics from an existing search tool.

The 14-day trial requires no credit card. It uses an AgencyAnalytics account; if payment details have not been added, the account is automatically deactivated at the end of the trial. Account administrators manage the paid subscription from Billing, reached through the lower-left profile menu.

  • Native search and AI tracking are additional purchases.
