What it does
AgencyZoom tracks insurance leads, producer activity and customer follow-up. Its sales automation extends an agency management system rather than replacing it. Published plans include seven users, with a fourteen-day trial and monthly or annual payment options.
Create the sales pipeline before adding AgencyZoom automation. In Lifecycle Automation, select that pipeline under Prospecting and open a stage. Add Automated Step provides actions such as email, text, task or reminder. Build a timeline of steps for that stage.
For a quote awaiting a decision, an internal follow-up task and a later customer message can serve different purposes. Keep their timing explicit so a stage's sequence reflects the agency's actual contact plan.
Plans include seven user seats. AgencyZoom's pricing FAQ also states that it is an extension to an agency management system (AMS), so include both the existing policy system and its integration requirements when planning the setup.
Starting and billing
Start for Free opens the application registration for a fourteen-day trial. The first payment follows the trial. Choose monthly access or an annual plan paid upfront; an annual cancellation takes effect at the end of the term. Some policy-system connections carry additional integration charges.
