What it does
Agicap combines cash positions, bank matching and journal entries with forecasts and cash reporting. Mid-market finance teams can compare expected and actual movements across companies and model different scenarios. It complements the accounting system and offers a short evaluation before a paid annual subscription.
Agicap connects bank and accounting data to a group's cash forecast. Transaction matching associates bank activity with invoices, and the accounting workflow generates bank-journal entries. Forecasts can use daily, 13-week, quarterly or annual horizons, with scenarios for changed assumptions.
A finance team can compare the expected cash position with actual receipts and payments, then investigate the difference. For example, model a later customer receipt and inspect its effect on the next 13 weeks rather than changing the underlying accounting records.
Reports and connected workflows
Dashboard templates include forecast-versus-actual reporting and a cash-flow bridge comparing periods. Custom reports and cash tables export to Excel or PDF for colleagues, lenders or investors.
The wider platform includes payable and receivable workflows, intercompany flows and payment execution. Its US offer supports ACH and wire transfers with approval stages. Confirm the relevant bank and accounting connections with Agicap before agreeing the setup.
Evaluation, account and contract
Use Try for free to request the evaluation. Agicap describes it as a few days with an expert walkthrough, followed by a minimum 12-month subscription. Multi-company setups receive a tailored offer.
The US service terms require a client account and individual user accounts. They normally set a 12-month initial term and automatic renewal, with the order able to change the arrangement. For a standard 12-month order, the default written non-renewal notice is 30 days before the end.
Agicap complements your accountant's bookkeeping. Before signing, agree the modules, entities, bank connections and support covered by the order, since those define the service you are buying.
