What it does

Agorapulse is a social management platform with shared calendars, publishing approvals, an interaction inbox, listening and reports. It brings team content preparation and audience conversations into one workspace. Paid subscriptions are per user; the separate free Archie option creates and publishes posts through its assistant.

Agorapulse connects a publishing calendar with the comments and messages that follow a campaign. Agencies can keep approval decisions alongside scheduled content, then assign the resulting conversations to the people handling replies.

Paid plans are priced per user. The first three include ten social profiles:

Plan Main distinction
Standard Scheduling, organic messages and comments, basic reports
Professional Ad comments, assignments and simple approvals
Advanced Saved replies, bulk actions, labels and shared calendars
Custom Unlimited profiles, custom roles and multi-step approvals

Advanced Listening and Competitive Benchmarking are offered as add-ons. The paid-plan trial lasts 30 days and needs no card.

Agorapulse retired its former Free plan in July 2026. Its replacement free Archie plan has a publishing calendar and drafts, but new posts must be created through Archie. It supports up to 50 Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube profiles and lists ten monthly content credits. Archie focuses on creating and publishing content.

To add colleagues, open Organization settings > Team management and select Invite new members. Assign their organization role, social profiles and ad-account access before sending the invitation. Each person must accept the email invitation and register. Pending invitations use a seat and expire after 60 days.
