What it does
AidaForm creates traditional and conversational forms for registrations, orders and feedback. Hidden Query Parameter fields can record which invitation link produced a response, while Conditional Visibility controls which elements appear. Free includes 100 monthly responses; paid plans expand capacity, with query parameters reserved for Ultimate.
To distinguish event registrations arriving from different channels, add an AidaForm Hidden element and choose Query Parameter. Give it a case-sensitive name, such as campaign. Copy the form link from Publish, then share versions ending in ?campaign=partner or ?campaign=newsletter. Those values appear in response reports and can also control a logic jump.
Conditional Visibility is a separate control on the target field's toolbar. It works with text and images as well as answer fields, in traditional or conversational layouts. Fields without that toolbar setting cannot use it.

Free has no expiry or card requirement. Paid plans offer monthly or annual subscriptions. Expert adds payments, uploads and logic jumps; Ultimate adds query parameters and custom domains.
Create an account to build forms. Its response allowance covers all forms and resets on the monthly anniversary of registration. Deleting responses does not restore capacity.
