What it does

AI for Database connects to PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, SQLite, Oracle, Redis, Firebase and Google Sheets. You ask questions in plain English and it writes and runs the SQL, returning rows, tables and the query it used. Answers can be pinned to dashboards, turned into scheduled reports, or used to trigger alerts through Slack, email, webhooks and CRM updates. Connections start read-only, every query is logged, and credentials are encrypted. The same account can be used from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Muse through a hosted MCP server, and a public REST API with scoped keys lets agents inspect schemas, run read-only queries and draft or publish workflows. A free plan is available with no credit card, and self-hosted deployment is offered.

The site lists use cases for sales managers, operations teams, product managers and founders, for example finding stuck deals, low-stock SKUs and churn risks. The signup page states plans from $20 per user per month and notes read-only credentials and answers that include tables, rows and SQL. The contact page gives separate email addresses for general inquiries, sales and support, plus a documentation link. Stated trust items include AES-256 encryption, audit logging, SOC 2 ready and GDPR ready claims, and a self-hosted option with a one-time setup fee plus an annual license.
