What it does
Alice Blue offers Indian brokerage accounts with charting, options analysis and market overviews. Its Scalper Terminal places charts, the option chain and order tools together. The current account plan has no opening or annual maintenance fee, with brokerage and other charges applied to transactions.
Market Pulse separates global indices, Indian indices, institutional activity and a stock heatmap. The pre-market report adds daily futures-and-options context. Scalper Terminal then puts charts and the option chain on one screen for a closer instrument view.
Equity delivery brokerage is the lower of ₹20 or 2.5% per executed order. Intraday uses the lower of ₹20 or 0.05%. Selling a security from the demat account also incurs ₹15 plus GST in depository charges, with taxes and exchange charges additional. Mutual funds and IPO applications have no brokerage.
Open Demat Account begins registration. Independent resident applicants must be at least 18 and provide PAN, identity, address and bank documents. Income proof is needed for derivatives, rather than for a basic equity account. NRI and guardian-operated accounts follow different paperwork routes.
