What it does

Aligned provides shared deal rooms for sales, partnerships and customer success. Rooms combine content, action plans, stakeholder maps and task discussions. Sellers create an account to manage rooms, while buyers can view them without logging in; free Starter access allows four active rooms per seller.

Build an Aligned mutual action plan around the work both sides need to complete. Give tasks owners and due dates, then keep the related notes, attachments and subtasks with that task. Discussions stay in context instead of becoming a separate email thread that the next stakeholder cannot follow.

For an implementation decision, the plan might separate the customer's technical review from the seller's preparation of an onboarding plan. Keep those as owned steps with their own dates rather than one broad milestone. The room's stakeholder map records roles and coverage alongside the plan, while room activity shows how people are engaging with the shared material.

Starter allows four active rooms per seat. Buyer stakeholders do not consume paid seats, so count the seller's active deal rooms separately from the people invited into each room.

Room access and plans

Plan Selected difference
Starter Four active rooms per seat, with unlimited buyer stakeholders
Basic Unlimited rooms, templates and storage, plus task management and engagement reports
Pro Adds Gong and PandaDoc connections, internal comments and reusable sections
Enterprise Adds two-way Salesforce or HubSpot connections, team workspaces and a custom domain

Paid seller seats have monthly or annual options. Create the seller workspace with Start Free or use Login for an existing account. Buyers can open the shared room without an account.

Strengths

  • Task discussions, notes and attachments remain with the shared action plan
  • Buyer stakeholders can join without consuming seller seats

Watch out for

  • Starter limits each seat to four active rooms

Best for

  • Business sales teams coordinating buyer milestones across several stakeholders
