What it does
Alison lists online courses across health, business, engineering, teaching, languages, technology and personal development.
Alison gives you two useful discovery routes: browse a subject you want to study or look through its career categories. That can help when you know the kind of work you want to understand but do not yet know the course name. The catalogue includes practical branches such as engineering, health and teaching, so use a specific branch to narrow a broad career interest.
Courses are free to study, with assessments to complete along the way. After successful completion you can buy a printed or digital certificate; free study does not mean a free certificate document. A free Learner Record provides a separate record of completed courses. Choose a course for the skill it teaches and check any employer or licensing requirement separately.
