What it does
Amvidia's To Audio Converter converts audio and video sources into common audio formats on Mac. It provides batch folders, CUE splitting, tag handling, output customization, and optional sound processing.
Choose the audio format and destination, then drop files or folders into the Mac app; its default format is MP3, while Preferences exposes codec, bitrate, channels and sample rate. Folder replication preserves a collection's structure, and CUE splitting can create individual tracks with artwork/lyrics copied to the destination. Video conversion extracts all audio streams. Optional network tag/artwork retrieval is separate from local file conversion. Limit Duration provides a short sample for checking effects or normalization before processing a long recording. DRM-protected inputs are excluded; the published formats include MP3, WAV, AIFF, FLAC and M4A/MP4.
