What it does
Andertons sells guitars, instruments, pedals, amplifiers and recording equipment. Its site connects the shop with Andertons TV, blog material and a beginner guitar-finding route.
A guitar or effects-pedal shortlist often benefits from hearing the equipment discussed before buying. Andertons links its retail categories with Andertons TV and blog material, providing that background-reading route within the same brand. The EastCoast Guitar Finder is a more focused entry for a first-guitar question. Use the equipment type and intended setup to organise the visit, then compare the relevant items. The Guildford store provides a separate in-person route, while online shopping still depends on the chosen product and destination.
Andertons asks customers seeking a non-faulty refund to contact it within 14 days of receipt; exchanges have a 30-day period. Keep the original packaging and limit use to evaluating the item. Custom or modified goods and delivered digital licence keys are non-refundable. Non-faulty return shipping is paid by the buyer, and international refunds are processed in pounds.
