Animal Diversity Web

Narrow the search to the kind of material you need rather than searching everything at once. A sound, specimen or classification question calls for a different result. The homepage also groups major animal lineages, which is useful when you are exploring a group before choosing an individual species.

Quotation marks can keep a multiword name together.
