What it does
ANNA is a UK business-account app for eligible limited-company directors, sole traders and partnerships. It combines invoices, receipt matching, money pots and expense cards, with a no-monthly-fee Free plan and paid packages. ANNA describes itself as a non-bank service and names PayrNet as its card issuer.
From invoice to account transaction
Create a quote or invoice, then attach a payment link or QR code. ANNA can chase unpaid invoices. Photograph, upload or email receipts to match them with account transactions, then share the records with an accountant or export them.
ANNA business-account pricing
| Plan | Monthly account price | Key payment allowance |
|---|---|---|
| Free | £0 | First £1,000 of incoming payments each month free, then 0.95% |
| Grow | £12.90 plus VAT | 15 local transfers, then 27p each |
| Business | £22.90 plus VAT | 60 local transfers, then 20p each |

Incoming-payment charges mean the Free plan is not cost-free at every turnover level. Tax services and some other features have their own charges or introductory offers.
