What it does

Just Color Picker is a free offline utility for Windows and Mac. It stores sampled colours, edits them and reads or writes ACO and GPL palettes.

Choose a code format, point at a pixel and press Alt+X on Windows or Option+X on Mac. Copy Value transfers the result. RGB, HSV and HSL editors adjust the selected colour.

Windows Screen Freeze captures an element before hovering changes it. Point Lock follows one screen location while the pointer moves elsewhere. On Mac, screen-recording permission is needed for sampling other applications.
