A recurring cleanup sequence can become one Custom Task rather than a checklist repeated by hand. Begin with Clean for common spacing and line problems, then add only the actions the source needs. Regex search and replacements handle more specific patterns; menu-bar tools can clean clipboard text without first pasting it into the app. The publisher describes the optional AI editing tools as on-device. Sending text between Mac and iOS instead uses iCloud, and the iOS app requires a separate purchase.
