What it does

Apimio is a catalogue operations platform for Shopify merchants. It combines product records, variants, media and metafields with store-specific overrides, localisation, bulk edits, quality checks and synchronisation across connected stores.

Apimio keeps a base product record with separate store overrides. The same SKU can therefore carry different copy, visibility or pricing in two storefronts. Localized fields remain attached to that shared record for Shopify Markets. Required and recommended attributes give its quality checks a catalogue-specific standard.

In Bulk Edit, filter the products by collection, tag or SKU list and show the columns you need. Expand products to edit variants in place. Type or paste values, or apply a percentage price change. Preview the affected products, fields and old and new values before saving; changes then synchronize to connected stores. History records who changed each field and its previous value. There is no automatic rollback: corrections require another edit.

Plans

Plan Shopify billing in USD Included capacity
Basic PIM 199 every 30 days One store, 10,000 SKUs, 50 GB and three users
Advanced PIM 399 every 30 days 50,000 SKUs, 1 TB, unlimited users, scheduled imports and API access

Advanced includes one store, with more stores charged separately. Brand portals are also add-ons. The fourteen-day trial provides Advanced features; paid access follows unless cancelled.

Installing the Shopify app provisions the account. Web registration also supports email/password or Google, with Stripe handling web subscriptions.
