What it does
Appenate builds worker-facing mobile apps for inspections and other field data collection. Forms can work offline, while tasking combines instructions, documents and forms in an assigned job.
An Appenate task template packages the form, reference documents and instructions for a recurring kind of field job. Choose a named worker or an assignment method such as First Available User or First User To Claim. Custom colour-coded statuses distinguish progress across tasks. For a service visit, the technician can receive the equipment instructions and inspection form together.
The platform also supports recurring tasks, calendar and map views. Offline entries sync when a connection returns. Output templates can produce PDFs matching an existing form, and completed entries can be printed from supported devices while offline.
