What it does

Expense Tracker AI Budget, also called TrackMyExpense, records expenses by category and payment method without a bank connection. Separate accounts keep personal, business or family records apart, and optional Income mode adds monthly cash-flow comparisons. Full access requires a subscription; iOS and Android versions are available.

Capture a purchase

Sign in with Google or Apple. You can type an entry, long-press + for Voice Mode, use the microphone in Add Expense, or photograph a receipt. Receipt capture fills the amount, date, merchant and category; compare the extracted total with the receipt before accepting it.

The app starts in expense-only mode. Enable Income mode to add salary or other receipts with the same + button. Home then shows monthly income, expenses and net cash flow. A monthly budget can be set for each account, with a color-coded progress bar.

Reports cover a month or a custom date range and export as PDF, Excel or CSV. Expense records can be entered and viewed offline, then synchronize when connectivity returns.

Subscription prices

The US App Store lists these automatically renewing options:

Pro option US price
Weekly US$0.99 per week
Monthly US$2.99 per month
Yearly US$29.99 per year

Trial offers depend on the App Store region. Cancellation is managed through the App Store account settings.

Strengths

  • Recurring expenses and income can be recorded automatically on schedule
  • Supports more than 150 currencies and 21 interface languages

Watch out for

  • Voice and receipt captures can save after a three-second countdown, so a correction needs prompt attention

Best for

  • People building a spending log from receipts and spoken notes
