What it does

Pocket Clear records expenses and income without linking a bank account. It offers a calendar, custom categories and file imports, with a free tier for everyday tracking. Pro adds category budgets, recurring entries, shared views and exports; optional Capture can turn messages or receipts into entries you can review.

Catch up on the days you missed

Use Money In or Money Out for an entry, then open a day in the spending calendar to see its transactions. Catch-up week places the last seven days together. The app also supports pay-cycle periods and balance carry-over.

Review captured entries

Capture is an opt-in beta. On iPhone, Shortcuts can pass Apple Pay activity or bank texts to the app; Recent captures lets you check, edit or undo the resulting entries. Available AI features depend on the device. The developer offers Capture free through 31 December 2026, after which it is part of Pro.

Free use includes CSV and Excel import. CSV/PDF export, cloud backup, partner sharing and category budgets are Pro features. The current iPhone listing describes offline use after signing in.
