What it does
Cost Track groups income and expenses into cost sheets that can represent accounts or events. Each sheet can use its own currency, with category, time and location reports and optional shared access.
Use sheets for accounts or events
Create a cost sheet for a bank account, holiday or renovation. Each sheet has its own currency, and you can exclude a sheet from the overall balance and statistics. A transaction may include a location, receipt image or audio note to fill out later.
Compare and share the record
Filter statistics by time, category or location, then create a PDF from the diagrams or statistics view. Paid Dropbox synchronization lets several people maintain a budget together.
The free preview stops at five cost sheets and 20 entries in each, and it excludes Dropbox synchronization. A one-time full-version purchase or a monthly or annual subscription removes those limits.
Strengths
- Cost sheets can be excluded from overall statistics
- Location reports and image or audio attachments
Watch out for
- Free preview is limited to five cost sheets with 20 entries each
- Dropbox synchronization requires the paid full version
Best for
- People separating personal accounts and event expenses
