What it does
GNOME Characters is a character map for finding and inserting symbols, with keyword search and category browsing.
Use a keyword in GNOME Characters when you know what a mark means but cannot type it. When the name is uncertain, browse punctuation, pictures or another relevant category to narrow the choice. The Linux application is focused on finding and inserting unusual characters. Its officially linked Flathub package is free and offered for x86_64 and aarch64 Linux systems, with a Flatpak-compatible installation required.
