What it does
Subtitle Composer edits text subtitles and supports waveform synchronisation, subtitle-stream extraction and selected graphical-subtitle OCR routes.
For a subtitle file that drifts out of sync, multiple anchors and timeline stretching provide a different correction from shifting every line by one offset. The integrated player and waveform help inspect the result. OCR and speech-recognition routes have their own engine and format considerations.
