What it does
APSIS One combines email, SMS, audience segmentation and visual marketing automation. Paid plans start at EUR 110 per month, and a registered 14-day trial allows up to 2,000 emails without requiring a card.
Pause and Stop do different jobs in APSIS One. A paused flow still accepts new profiles into its Listen node, where they queue; existing profiles wait at their current position. A stopped flow blocks new entries. Choose the control around the intended change, especially when a seasonal campaign should stop admitting people rather than merely hold them.
For a first welcome flow, the documented validation method uses an isolated test segment in the Listen node. Check the report to see where the intended profiles go, then remove that restriction when the flow is ready for its real audience. Activation checks highlight draft or disconnected nodes and missing settings. Node Stats help distinguish profiles still waiting from those that completed a step.
The starting plans differ in audience size and automation access:
| Plan | Starting monthly price | Included contacts and users | Main scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Send | EUR 110 | 1,000 consented contacts; 1 user | Email campaigns |
| Automate | EUR 300 | 5,000 consented contacts; 3 users | Behavior-triggered flows and API access |
| Grow | EUR 450 | 5,000 consented contacts; 3 users | Web tracking, real-time segmentation and event tools |
The 14-day trial includes up to 2,000 emails. Request access with your work email, name, company, phone number and job title; no card is required. The trial can be extended through the in-app support option.
