What it does

Aqilla is cloud accounting software with a general ledger, invoice-to-cash and purchase-to-pay workflows. It supports approval processes, multi-currency records and links between purchases and fixed assets.

Aqilla follows an invoice through the finance work around it. Customer payment terms and credit limits feed sales invoicing, while aged-debt reports and notes help with follow-up. On the purchasing side, captured invoice data can pass through approvals and link directly to a fixed asset record.

For example, an equipment purchase can retain its supplier invoice and approval history while the asset register records its continuing treatment. Expenses can also connect to project records, so a project report includes more than customer billing. These are useful connections for a finance team coordinating several departments.

Aqilla sells monthly subscriptions with user roles grouped into four packages:

Package Role described on the pricing page
Core Assistants and administrators
Business Line managers and budget owners
Pro Finance leaders and controllers
Enterprise Finance teams working across companies

Request a tailored quote for the mix of roles and functions you need. The site states that cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. A demo is a useful place to walk through a purchase approval, its asset link and the resulting report with the finance team.
