What it does
Multiplayer maths and language games organised by skill and school grade.
Arcademics is useful for short practice on a skill already introduced in class. Its subject list includes operations, time, fractions, spelling, typing and geography. Choose the skill first, then a game format pupils can manage. Multiplayer scores add competition, so discuss accuracy and strategy as well as speed when using it with a mixed-ability group.
The grade filter runs from first through sixth grade. Browser play and iPad/Android tablet apps are documented.
