What it does
Ardea Picture Library supplies nature, wildlife, pet and environmental images for editorial and creative projects. Search, photographer browsing, inspiration galleries and lightboxes support image selection.
The Inspiration collections offer more focused starting points than a general animal search. Jean-Michel Labat’s kitten selection, for example, distinguishes breeds, ages, indoor scenes and studio photographs, including six-week-old Maine Coons and Norwegian Forest cats. Photographer browsing offers another way into a consistent group of images.
Lightboxes and the basket sit alongside the catalogue. The separate Print Store is for physical products; reproduction enquiries belong with the picture library and its image-licensing service.
