ARForms is a WordPress form builder with popup forms, multi-step layouts and form-wide conditional rules. The vendor offers a free Lite download and a paid Pro edition with lifetime updates and six months of included support. Its WordPress.org listing is closed for downloads.
Keep related conditions together
ARForms manages conditional rules at form level. A condition can show or hide fields, sections and whole pages, enable or disable a field, or populate a value. Choose All when every condition must match, or Any when one matching condition should trigger the action. Operators include equals, greater than and contains.
For an application, one choice could reveal a supporting-document section and set a hidden routing value. The section rule affects its contained fields, while a page-break rule controls a complete step. ARForms also supports popup forms with triggers such as page load and exit, so the collection can appear at the appropriate point in a visit.
Download and support access
The vendor's pricing page offers Lite through a name-and-email download form. The WordPress.org listing has been closed since February 1, 2025 for a guideline violation and cannot supply the plugin.
Pro adds advanced fields, payment connections and add-ons. Its purchase includes lifetime updates, but technical support is included for six months. Updates and support therefore have different durations.
