Hold an invoice for review

In the account's Statements & Invoices area, generate an invoice for the whole account, a billing group or a plan instance. Selecting Pending Invoice creates a draft that needs approval before it affects the account balance. A billing manager can recalculate it after new activity, preview the statement, or download line items and usage as CSV spreadsheets.

Approve the pending invoice to create the charge transactions. Depending on the account configuration, approval can also trigger collection and customer notification. An existing pending invoice must be approved before another invoice is applied to the same account, group or plan instance.

Choose the right usage controls

Allegro accepts files, streams and application-interface input. It can hold incomplete records for correction and rerate transactions by file, account, product, date or individual record. Its ACE tier adds real-time balance checks, reservations and session controls; these are distinct from Standard ingestion features.
