What it does
Array collects field information through forms and connects submissions with documents, reports and operational workflows. Form answers can determine which email copy is sent, while internal flags help organize reports. Plans are billed annually per user, with a 30-day Pro trial and separate arrangements for bespoke approval processes.
Start Array routing with fields such as department and follow-up status. Create an email template, select it under Settings > Email Copy in the form builder and apply logic rules to the relevant answers. Admin-only fields can hold internal flags that become filters in Reports.
This setup uses form fields and email conditions. Array's developers build advanced approval chains, bulk status changes and restricted team visibility as bespoke work, requiring a separately agreed implementation.
| Plan | User limit | Storage | Public submissions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Up to 4 | 1 GB | 100 per month |
| Pro | Up to 10 | 50 GB | 100 per user per month |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Subscriptions are billed annually per user. Enterprise includes API and webhook access for custom connections. There is no continuing free plan.
The 30-day Pro trial asks for your name, company, work email, phone number and a password. That account provides access to the form builder and collected responses.
