What it does

Ashby brings applicant tracking, candidate relationships, sourcing, scheduling and analytics together. Interview plans define the stages for a role, while individual interviews carry instructions and feedback forms. Subscriptions follow company size and usage, and a separate analytics product can work with an existing recruiting system.

Ashby distinguishes an interview plan from an individual interview. The plan defines candidate stages within Lead, Application Review, Active, Offer and Completed groups. Individual interview configurations add the briefing instructions and feedback forms that interviewers should use.

Set up the shared calendar and meeting hours before scheduling, then attach the appropriate plan when creating a job. This keeps the candidate's progress, interview briefing and feedback form connected to the same role.

Plan Company size
Foundations Up to 100 employees
Plus 101 to 1,000 employees
Enterprise More than 1,000 employees

Subscriptions have monthly or annual commitments. Each of these plans includes 200 sourcing email lookups per month, with more available to purchase. The separate Analytics product serves organizations that want reporting over another applicant tracking system.

Ashby accounts use Google, Microsoft, an emailed sign-in link or the company's single sign-on. Users do not set a separate Ashby password.
