What it does

AssessTEAM collects performance feedback from managers, peers, direct reports, employees themselves and customers. It separates those perspectives in comparative reports and supports recurring evaluations. Subscriptions can add time tracking and project profitability, with no minimum user count and a ten-day card-free trial.

For a monthly review, an administrator opens Evaluation templates, selects Add a new evaluation and chooses Periodic. Enter a title, send date and evaluation period; set the repeat interval to one month. Select the employee, evaluator levels and result areas, add signature requirements if needed, then save and confirm to send.

Reviewer groups distinguish downward, peer and upward feedback. Self-assessment and customer feedback are set at the evaluation level, and reports retain these categories so managers can compare perspectives.

Choose the scope

Time Tracking Adds project time tracking and project evaluations

Monthly and annual subscriptions are available. Plans include rollout guidance, training and support without a setup charge; larger teams can request volume pricing.

The ten-day trial needs no payment card. To bring in a colleague, use Persons, Add a new person. The invitation lets them create an account or enter through a connected service such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
